Shipping Overview

All Happy Mail is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) using regular mail.

To keep things simple (and keep costs as low as possible), Happy Mail is sent with a postage stamp and does not include tracking.

When Does Happy Mail Ship?

Happy Mail ships on the 1st of every month.

Orders placed on or before the 28th will receive the next month’s Happy Mail
Orders placed after the 28th will begin with the following month

After your first delivery, your Happy Mail will continue to ship monthly on the 1st.

Delivery Timing

Once your Happy Mail has been sent:

U.S. orders: please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
International orders: please allow 4–6 weeks

Delivery times can vary depending on postal delays, holidays, and local mail service.

Other Products (If Applicable)

If you order any physical products outside of Happy Mail, those items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

During busy times, shipping may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is included in the price of Happy Mail.

For other products, shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or outdated address, it may require an additional fee to resend.

If you move, please update your address as soon as possible so your Happy Mail continues to arrive without interruption.

Missing Mail

Because Happy Mail is sent through regular mail (no tracking), occasional delays can happen.

If your Happy Mail hasn’t arrived, please wait:

14 days for U.S. orders
6 weeks for international orders

If it still hasn’t arrived after that, reach out—and I’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Happy Mail arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll take care of it.

A Quick Note

Once Happy Mail is handed off to USPS, delivery is out of my control—but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong.
