Shipping Overview

All Happy Mail is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) using regular mail.

To keep things simple (and keep costs as low as possible), Happy Mail is sent with a postage stamp and does not include tracking.

Happy Mail ships on the 5th of each month.

Your first envelope will be for the month shown on our Happy Mail Membership page when you order. Gift subscriptions start with that same month.

Monthly quantities are limited. Once a month sells out, new subscriptions and gifts begin with the following month.

Existing members’ monthly envelopes are reserved.

Shipping dates are mailing dates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your Happy Mail has been sent:

U.S. orders: please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
International orders: please allow 4–6 weeks

Delivery times can vary depending on postal delays, holidays, and local mail service.

If you order any physical products outside of Happy Mail, those items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

During busy times, shipping may take a bit longer.

Shipping is included in the price of Happy Mail.

For other products, shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or outdated address, it may require an additional fee to resend.

If you move, please update your address as soon as possible so your Happy Mail continues to arrive without interruption.

Because Happy Mail is sent through regular mail (no tracking), occasional delays can happen.

If your Happy Mail hasn’t arrived, please wait:

14 days for U.S. orders
6 weeks for international orders

If it still hasn’t arrived after that, reach out—and I’ll make it right.

If your Happy Mail arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll take care of it.

Once Happy Mail is handed off to USPS, delivery is out of my control—but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong.
